About Us
We are a small family business making a big impact in the communities we are blessed to serve. Our team is comprised of top-tier industry professionals. Owner/Operator Matthew McGoldrick is a graduate of Saint John's High School. Matt attended Nichols College and Lasell College for General Business. After college, Matt graduated the Boylston Part Time Reserve Police Academy. In 2012, Matt aided in the delivery of a beautiful healthy baby girl. While pursuing a career in policing, Matt met his to be wife Kelsey and decided to accept a full-time assistant manager position with Cook Company in Upton, MA. After the passing of owner Doug Cook, Matt decided to grab life by the horns and to put his discipline/education to work. We started out on our mission to create a one-stop shop for all your property service needs in 2019. Primarily, we kicked off the company with heavy concentration in landscaping. As a second generation landscaper, we knew exactly where to centralize our initial focus.

Being completely self-funded, we built up our fleet of landscaping equipment and bolstered up a reliable crew. As a family with a rich family history in Worcester County, Matt knew he needed to deliver justice to the good family name. Family means everything to our clan. Our parents and education instilled strong moral values into our moral fiber. Fast forward to 2024 and we took home Best Customer Service Award from the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce. In 2024 & 2025, we were officially nominated to the Best of Central Massachusetts competition. This ear mark achievement truly made Worcester County see our small business. Thanks to the Telegram & Gazette and of course our hard work, we found a spotlight being shined on our efforts. We also found ourselves nominated in numerous categories for Milford's own MYFM 101.3 Quest For The Best for 2024 & 2025. On September 7, 2025, we were honored at Polar Park by the Worcester Red Sox. Owner, Matthew McGoldrick, tossed out the first ceremonial pitch in front of the home crowd before a double header.
Then, on September 18, 2025 we won 4 Silver Medals from MYFM Quest For The Best! The MYFM 101.3 Radio contest is truly one of the largest of its kind and as a result, we are honored to have won. We won Silver for Best Lawn Care / Landscaping Company, Best Painting Company, Best Plumbing Company, and Best Siding Company. All of our success has come with being meticulous, communicative, and for pouring our hearts into the communities we serve. With Matt being from the heart of the commonwealth and a Catholic/Knight of Columbus, it is important to him to donate time and funds to many noble causes/events. We have our crews cleaning trash from the side of public roadways, cleaning up parks at no cost, sponsoring local sports teams, sponsoring local events, and much more. We participate in the Uxbridge First Night Parade, Whitinsville Memorial Day Parade & Worcester St. Patrick's Day Parade. We are now set up to manage properties inside and out. Offering commercial and residential, we are looking to earn your business and trust for years to come!
